Our clinical Pilates and movement therapy services
Clinical Pilates and movement therapy helps patients who are rehabilitating from injuries, looking for support with chronic impairments and movement dysfunctions, or who simply want to move more comfortably through their lives.
We use evidence-based movement therapies — including clinical Pilates — to help you optimize your movement, build confidence, and live life to the fullest.
We provide a holistic continuum of care for all our patients, beginning with an initial assessment, following up with subsequent treatments, and possibly moving into group and self-directed sessions. As part of our commitment to making movement therapy and clinical Pilates accessible to all, our group and self-directed sessions are offered at a reduced rate.

Self-directed sessions
Group sessions treat up to three patients, each following their own individualized program. These are parallel movement therapy appointments, where you’ll be assessed by a licensed practitioner and receive hands-on therapy while sharing the session time with other patients.
Cost: $89
Self-directed sessions allow patients to explore movement independently and use our studio and equipment without guidance from a therapist. These sessions are not eligible for coverage through health benefits but are available at a fraction of the cost of our standard sessions.
Cost: $27
In your following appointments, you’ll receive hands-on therapy and explore new movement patterns using Pilates and other studio equipment. We’ll refine your rehab plan with clinical recommendations, education, and home care guidance to support your rehabilitation and improve your movement.
Cost: $165-180
In your first appointment, we’ll review your medical history and conduct a full body movement assessment to identify any areas of concern. We'll take our time getting to know you so we can develop a personalized treatment plan, keeping you educated and informed every step of the way.
Cost: $175-195
Please note: Kinesphere Therapy does not offer direct billing for extended health benefits plans. Payment is due in full on the day of your appointment.
All our practitioners are registered clinicians, so you can submit your receipts and claim your sessions if you have extended health benefits.
