Frequently asked questions

  • Kinesphere Therapy is located at 3471 Commercial Street, East Vancouver.

  • There is no dedicated studio parking, but you can find 2-hour parking on Commercial Street and side streets in the area.

  • Please wear clothing you're comfortable moving in. You will not be required to disrobe, but we will get you moving!

    Please also bring any medical and/or imaging reports that are relevant. If you prefer, you can email these to us at movement@kinespheretherapy.com

  • All appointments are 45 minutes, but you should allow for 60 minutes of your time.

  • Your therapist will let you know when you are ready and eligible to book in for group or self-directed sessions.

  • If you can’t find an appointment time that works for you, you have the option to add yourself to a waitlist via your patient portal.

  • Kinesphere Therapy does not offer direct billing for extended health benefits plans. We require you to pay in full for all sessions on the day of your appointment.

    All our therapists are licensed healthcare professionals, so you will be able to submit your receipts and claim your sessions if you do have extended health benefits.

  • Kinesphere Therapy is not affiliated with ICBC or WSBC.

    However, we welcome ICBC patients with the understanding that they must pay for their sessions in full on the day of the appointment.

  • We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

    If you miss an appointment, or do not provide us with 24 hours notice before cancelling your appointment, you will be charged the full price of your missed appointment.
